Cancellation Policy for Anant

1. Overview & Scope

Nature of voluntary contributions, digital spiritual content, and cancellation terms.

This Cancellation Policy governs the voluntary donations, Dakshina contributions, and digital services rendered through the mobile application "Anant - Sacred Scripture & AI Wisdom" (Application ID / Package Name: com.globalagentstudio.anant), developed and operated by Global Agent Studio (operated in association with BRIGHT MEDIA SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, "we", "our", or "us").

Anant is dedicated to preserving ancient Hindu scriptures, Sanskrit shlokas, devotional audio recitations, and Vedic contemplation tools as open-source cultural heritage. Voluntary donations submitted through our in-app contribution module and processed via our authorized payment partner, Razorpay, directly sustain server hosting, AI inference infrastructure, and digital preservation efforts.

2. Nature of Digital Services & Instant Fulfillment

Immediate fulfillment of digital access and voluntary contributions.

All scriptural texts, audio recitations, and Veda AI features within the Anant application are accessible digitally. Contributions made by seekers are voluntary donations.

Because voluntary donations and access to digital content are executed instantaneously upon authorization through the Razorpay payment gateway, standard cancellation mechanisms for physical goods do not apply. However, we maintain clear, fair procedures for accidental, duplicate, or technical transaction errors.

3. Cancellation Eligibility & Timeframe

Circumstances under which a donation cancellation may be initiated.

We understand that payment or network glitches may occasionally cause unintended transactions. You are eligible to request a cancellation under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Transactions: If your account or card was charged more than once for a single intended donation due to network lag, slow connection, or gateway timeout.
• Accidental / Erroneous Amount: If an incorrect monetary amount was entered and processed by mistake, provided the cancellation request is submitted promptly.
• Technical Payment Failures: Where funds were deducted from your bank account or UPI application but the transaction was flagged as incomplete or failed in the Anant app.
• Unauthorized / Fraudulent Usage: If your payment instrument was utilized without your consent or knowledge, subject to standard fraud verification.

4. Cancellation Window & Request Procedure

Strict 48 to 72 hour request window and step-by-step submission instructions.

To ensure prompt verification and prevent unauthorized cancellations, requests must be submitted within 48 to 72 hours of the transaction timestamp.

To initiate a cancellation, please submit an email to contact@globalagentstudio.com with the subject line: 'Cancellation Request - Anant Donation'. Please include the following details:

• Full Name of the Donor / Cardholder
• Registered Email Address and/or Mobile Phone Number used in Anant
• Razorpay Payment ID (format: pay_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx as displayed on your receipt or SMS)
• Razorpay Order ID (if available)
• Transaction Date, Time, and Exact Amount in INR (₹)
• Clear explanation of the cancellation reason (e.g. duplicate charge, incorrect amount entered)
• Screenshot of the transaction receipt or bank SMS showing the deduction

5. Cancellation Review & Refund Initiation

Processing timelines and gateway communication.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, our support and finance team will review the transaction logs against our Razorpay merchant dashboard within 24 to 48 business hours.

Once your cancellation is validated and approved, a refund is immediately triggered via the Razorpay payment gateway to your original payment method. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed settlement timeframes (typically 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank).

6. Non-Cancellable Scenarios

Exceptions where cancellations cannot be granted.

Global Agent Studio reserves the right to decline a cancellation request in the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted beyond 72 hours from the transaction timestamp.
• Transactions where the donor cannot provide valid proof of deduction or the corresponding Razorpay Payment ID.
• Repeated or fraudulent claims submitted with intent to abuse the platform's payment gateway.
