• User Consent & Choice: The app requests access to device location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) strictly when you open the Mandir Finder map or tap 'Locate Near Me'. You are free to decline or revoke this permission at any time in your Android system settings.
• Full Functionality If Declined: If you decline location access, you can still search temples by city/locality name or explore all scripture reading, audio chanting, and AI features without any restrictions.
• On-Device Ephemeral Processing: When permission is granted, your device GPS coordinates are used exclusively in real-time on your mobile device to calculate distance bounds and query public geospatial datasets (such as OpenStreetMap Overpass API and map tile providers).
• ZERO Backend Storage: Global Agent Studio NEVER stores, logs, tracks, records, or transmits your GPS location coordinates to our backend servers or databases. Once the nearby temple points of interest (POIs) are rendered on your screen, the coordinates are discarded from active memory.
• No Movement Tracking or Geo-Profiling: We do not track your travel history, generate location heatmaps, or share/monetize location data with advertisers or data brokers.

• Zero Training on User Data: Your questions and interactive conversations with Veda AI are never sold, shared, or used to train, retrain, or fine-tune public foundation AI models.
• Strict Enterprise Privacy: AI inference requests are processed through enterprise API channels with zero data retention for training.
• Educational Disclaimer: Veda AI is designed for philosophical study and cultural exploration. It does not provide licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

6. User Rights & Complete Account / Data Deletion (Right to Erasure)

In full accordance with Google Play Developer Policies, GDPR, and international data protection laws, we provide transparent, immediate, and irreversible account deletion options:

• In-App Instant Account Deletion: You can permanently erase your account at any time directly within the app by going to: Profile Screen -> Account & Security -> 'Delete Account' (खाता हटाएं).
• Immediate Database Purge: Confirming account deletion triggers an immediate database cascade that permanently wipes your user profile, email/mobile identifiers, session tokens, saved bookmarks, chanting counts, and preferences from our primary production databases.
• Web / Email Deletion Request: You can also request complete account and data removal by emailing contact@globalagentstudio.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request - Anant' stating your registered email address or phone number. Requests are processed within 24–48 hours.
• No Residual Retention: We do not retain shadow copies of your personal data after account deletion, except where strictly required by applicable legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
